Description
The description is kinda long... For the full version, go to my DeviantArt Gallery (ciuva.deviantart.com). To put it short, it is the Goddess of Magic, also called the Queen of Sorcery, in my fantasy world, Ayamar. She symbolizes the three sources of the magical power - interrelated, connected and unseparable, because they depend on eachother. Together they can form wildly different forms of magic. There's the power of the earth, symbolized by her dress turning into the mountain itself (though it could have been better done). There's the power of the human him/herself, a power that lies dormant in everyone, symbolized by her figure. There's her own symbol, the magic moon held in her hands, the highest form of magic.I have no idea how long it took me to work on this; I finished the sketch and started the computer work in the middle of July, but I've had some breaks since. At least there's countless hours of work put into it. Initial colours and basic work done in Photoshop CS2, before habit got the best of me and I finished it, made the clouds and so on in Painter 8.
It has some flaws, I know, but as far as I am concerned, it's finished. Critique is always welcome, though. Anything that can make me better next time!
